Manchester United have joined Liverpool's interest in Hoffenheim midfielder Christoph Baumgartner.

The Austrian's performances at Euro 2020 caught the eye of a number of clubs, including both Premier League giants.

Kicker says Baumgartner can expect offers from United and Liverpool later this summer.

Liverpool are keen to add to their midfield ranks after the departure of Gini Wijnaldum for PSG.

United, meanwhile, are in the market for midfield additions as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer prepares to eventually phase out Nemanja Matic and Juan Mata.
