Birmingham City striker Romello Mitchell is a target for Manchester United and Liverpool.
The Sun says Mitchell has caught the eye after scoring against both teams' academies in recent games.
Mitchell, now 15, will be 16 by the time the transfer window reopens, where he can quit Birmingham for a small compensation fee.
Despite his young age, Mitchell is a member of Birmingham's U18 team.
