Manchester United legend Jaap Stam is impressed by Eric Bailly.

Stam, who is now managing Reading in the Championship, has also been impressed with Bailly, one of United's new recruits this summer.

"From what I've seen he's done very well," Stam told Sky Bet.

"He's got quality, he's got the physique and he has pace.

"On the ball he looks comfortable. Hopefully he will do well."
