Man Utd legend Keane: Rashford? Lights are on but there's nobody home

Manchester United great Roy Keane has taken aim at Marcus Rashford.

Rashford, 24, missed the team's dramatic draw with Aston Villa on Saturday through injury.

But his recent performances were still a hot topic as Keane appeared as a pundit on Sky Sports for the Villa Park clash.

And outspoken Red Devils legend didn't hold back as he said 'the lights are on but nobody's home' for the England attacker.

Keane said: "What's happened to Rashford? Man Utd have to get to the bottom of it, that's part of the responsibility when you're working with good, young players.

"He's done amazing things over the last few years, amazing, on and off the pitch, but clearly there's something amiss.

"I looked at him Monday night, the lights are on but there's nobody home. The kid looks lost.

"Sometimes with young players it's confidence. It might be anything on the football pitch, it might be stuff off the field."
