Paul Ince has declared an ambition to manage West Ham United one day.
Ince began his career with the Hammers, and was a popular figure until his controversial move to Manchester United in 1989, when he was photographed in a United shirt before completing his switch.
"I would like to go back there as a manager because that is where I started my career as a kid," he said.
"I've always loved West Ham and always loved West Ham fans. I loved playing there, it's a fantastic flub, it's a family club the way they bring the players through."
He added on talkSPORT: "It's funny when Zola left (my wife) Claire said to me 'could you go back there?' I said it would be a shock. But it was in my head that one day I would like to go back there as manager because that is where I started my career as a kid.
"I still love the club, whether the fans might think completely different that's fair enough, but it's always something that's in my mind."
