Ryan Giggs is currently the favourite to takeover the vacant Wales job.
The Manchester United legend's only stint as a senior manager came in April 2013, when he took over at United following the sacking of David Moyes.
According to Wales Online, ex-West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis and Osian Roberts make up the three-man shortlist.
The position was vacated by Chris Coleman last month after he took over the Sunderland job.
