Manchester United goalkeeper Joel Pereira is excited about the season ahead.
Pereira is currently training hard in Perth, Australia, as part of a 28-man squad for Tour 2019, working closely each day with his good friends David De Gea, Sergio Romero and Lee Grant.
“I feel amazing," Pereira told manutd.com.
“I have been working very hard. Physically I feel great. I have prepared myself for this moment and I am feeling really well. I am just trying to give my best every day in training."
Asked what the new season might hold in store for him, Pereira explained: “I think that in this new season it will be important for me to play somewhere, so probably going on loan will be the best option for me, to get some games to come back better and stronger.
“We will see, we are looking at some options. Maybe I will stay in the UK and that will be great for me. The club is doing the work. My only focus is here in Australia, I am focused on the training every single day and in the games that are coming up."
