Manchester United goalkeeper Sam Johnstone is delighted with his loan move to Doncaster Rovers.
The 21-year-old Manchester United shot-stopper played 18 times for the South Yorkshire club last season.
Johnstone said the fans played a pivotal role in the move, telling the club website: "I've seen a lot of tweets and Instagram (messages) and the website and I really appreciate it.
"I can't really explain what it means to me apart from the fact I'm glad that they [the fans] want me back and I'm glad to be back.
"Hopefully they keep supporting the team and we can get some good results."
