Manchester United have joined Arsenal in their interest for Real Sociedad striker Alexander Isak.

The Daily Mail says Isak is one of the names on their shopping list, having impressed at Real Sociedad over recent seasons.

While he has only scored eight times this campaign, it is stated that the Swedish international is seen as having 'potential' to develop further.

Isak has been a reliable goalscorer for Sociedad since joining the La Liga side from Borussia Dortmund and fired them to winning the Copa del Rey in the delayed 2020 edition of the competition.

Arsenal had previously been considered the favourites to sign him, but have been reluctant to activate his £75million release clause.
