Manchester United are interested in Feyenoord defender Tyrell Malacia.

The Mirror says incoming United boss Erik ten Hag is interested in the Dutch defender Malacia to bolster the Red Devils options in defence.

Ten Hag previously tried to sign the 22-year-old for current club Ajax although Feyenoord resisted the move because of the rivalry between the two sides.

Ten Hag, who will take up his role as United boss at the end of the season, has identified Malacia as a good option.

It is believed that the young left-back could be available for £20million this summer if United decide to sign him.
