Manchester United have been charged with improper conduct for surrounding the referee during Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final victory over Fulham.
United players approached referee Chris Kavanagh amid the 71st-minute incident that saw Fulham's Aleksandar Mitrovic, Willian and boss Marco Silva sent off.
The Football Association say United "failed to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion".
The Red Devils have until Monday 27 March to respond to the charge.
Fulham striker Mitrovic is facing a long ban after being charged with violent and improper conduct by the FA for the push on Kavanagh that led to his red card.
