Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney has given his thoughts on the club's marquee summer signing Jadon Sancho.
The Red Devils are very close to officially announcing the signing of Sancho, as he goes through his medical and other processes before putting his signature on the dotted line.
The 21-year-old should be available to manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for the start of the upcoming Premier League season.
Rooney, whose Derby County took on United in a friendly on Sunday, ran the rule over Sancho post-game.
"He scores goals, creates goals, so I think it's a very good signing," the United legend told Sky Sports, following United's 2-1 victory over Derby.
