Manchester United legend Roy Keane says the culture must change at Old Trafford.
Keane was speaking after yesterday's home defeat to Brighton.
He said, "There's noises coming out about pre-season, a lot of PR from United about how the players have embraced him (Erik ten Hag), they're training on time, they're training properly. Praise the lord!
"That's what you're supposed to do. You have to work hard. Your talent can bring you so far. That's his biggest challenge: changing the culture at Manchester United."
Keane also said: "You mentioned there about the recruitment, you're hoping he's got that power with the people above him. There's obviously been changes with the chief executive, you'll hope that'll be pretty straight forward.
"But there's definitely been issues with the previous manager in terms of getting the players they want to get in. It's a huge part of the game."
