Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw says England have got 'scary' talent compared to when he made his debut in 2014.
The Three Lions made the World Cup semi-final in 2018 and are looking for a big European Championships this summer.
Shaw made his England debut as a teenager seven years ago, and having returned to the fold after a three-year exile, is excited to play with a talented side.
"The England team is massively different to the one I was involved with," Shaw told Sky Sports. "The talent is unbelievable and everyone is at the perfect age with players who are in their twenties who have been playing at the top for a long time. It is a really exciting time to be an England fan.
"The talent we have got is scary and the team Gareth is building has a massive opportunity to win the Euros this year. Hopefully, I can show Gareth that I can be a big part of the squad."
