Manchester United fullback Guillermo Varela has agreed a move to Eintracht Frankfurt.

The Daily Mail says Varela on a season-long loan from Manchester United.

The Uruguayan defender, 23, arrived at Old Trafford from Penarol in 2013 but had to wait until December 2015 to make his senior debut for the club.

He has since made a total of 11 appearances for United, as well as spending a year on loan with Real Madrid's Castilla side.

Varela featured for the Red Devils in a 2-0 pre-season friendly win at Wigan last weekend but did not travel with the squad to China.
