Manchester United fullback Patrice Evra admits he had offers from Inter Milan and Real Madrid before penning a new deal earlier this year.
Evra says there was little chance of United manager Sir Alex Ferguson letting him leave.
"My future? I signed for four years, anyone who wanted to take me would first have to go into a meeting with Ferguson with a bazooka!" laughed the Frenchman.
"Inter Milan was very interested a year ago, there was Real Madrid. There were no serious contacts, but United refused to sell me.
"A future in Italy? My brother wants me at Milan!"
