Manchester United have identified Barcelona goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen as a possible target to replace David De Gea.

According to the Daily Record, United have told De Gea that he will not earn parity with the club's highest earners.

The Spaniard wants to earn the same as Alexis Sanchez, who currently banks £400,000 per week.

The report claims United have identified Cillessen as an option to replace the 28-year-old.

The Dutchman has expressed a desire to leave the Nou Camp after serving as back-up for Marc Andre Ter-Stegen.
