Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard is in line for an England call.
The Independent says Sam Allardyce is considering naming the Red Devils ace in his Three Lions squad to face Malta and Slovenia.
Allardyce is set to name his squad on Sunday evening and the 23-year-old could get the nod.
Marcus Rashford could also feature after Harry Kane was ruled out for two months after damaging his ankle ligaments.
Rashford bagged a hat-trick for the under-21s against Norway earlier this month.
Lingard was called into the senior squad by Roy Hodgson last November for the Wembley friendly against France.
