Manchester United defender Axel Tuanzebe has revealed the mantra manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has drummed into the players during lockdown.

After recovering from a hip strain and hamstring strain, the coronavirus pandemic is the latest thing to stand in the way of Tuanzebe finally breaking through at the Red Devils.

But he has revealed he is still in close contact with Solskjaer, despite being isolated away from his teammates.

He told the Manchester Evening News: "The manager sent me a message that just said: 'Stay training and keep working and, we don't know when we'll be back, so we don't want any surprises, because there are talks and rumours of how many games [within a condensed timeframe]. So just be healthy, stay fit and maintain good hygiene."
