Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo is ready to re-sign for Estudiantes.
The Mirror says United chiefs have been looking to offload the 29 year-old for some time, but saw a deadline day move to Everton back in August fall through.
This month, they found Rojo unwilling to be used as a makeweight in a deal to sign Bruno Fernandes from Sporting Lisbon.
Rojo was given time off by United in December, spending Christmas in Argentina with his family, to consider his future.
Upon returning to Manchester he intimated that he was keen to return to his boyhood club, having spoken to ex-United midfielder and current Estudiantes chairman Juan Sebastian Veron.
Rojo is keen for regular game time as he bids to revive his career and regain his place in the Argentina squad ahead of this summer's Copa America, having had to pull out of Lionel Scaloni's squad back in November due to injury.
