Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof has admitted that he did not feel anything after returning to Benfica on Wednesday to play in a clash between the Red Devils and the Portuguese giants on Wednesday.
United managed to seal victory during the second half after Marcus Rashford scored from a free-kick during the second half following an error from 18 year old Benfica keeper Mile Svilar.
Lindelof said: "Benfica is a good team and defended well with their experienced players.
"It felt good. I spent five years here and I am happy for the win. I did not feel anything, just happy to play and I wanted to help my team get the win."
United's victory sees them maintain a 100% win record in Champions League group A. They top the group with nine points from three games.
