Manchester United reserves coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is delighted to see Norwegian pair Magnus Eikrem and Joshua King handed first team numbers.
"It's exciting for them, of course," Solskjaer told ManUtd.com. "They've both started the season very well, and the manager has been impressed with what they've done for us in the Reserves.
"They've been given the numbers so they've got a chance of maybe being in the squad against Wolves in the Carling Cup, and I'm very pleased for them both."
Seventeen-year-old King will wear number 41, while 19-year-old Eikrem has been handed the number 42 shirt.
