Manchester United coach Michael Carrick says manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's personality is bringing the best from the players.
Solskjaer can eclipse Sir Matt Busby's 73-year record by becoming the first United boss to win his first six games in charge if he can mastermind victory over Tottenham tomorrow.
"Ole's got the kind of personality that rubs off on everybody," said the United coach.
“He's so positive, so upbeat all the time.
"I think you can see that rubbing off on individuals and that goes a long way to bringing the best out of the players."
