Manchester United are open to the prospect of re-signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic in January.

The Daily Express says United could be looking to bring Ibrahimovic back to Manchester following his impressive spell for LA Galaxy.

He even dropped into see his old team-mates during their pre-season tour of the United States last month.

Ibrahimovic scored 29 goals in 53 games for United before he decided to continue his career in the MLS.

The source suggests that United will continue their pursuit for Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld and Chelsea's Willian in the New Year.
