Manchester United are willing to be flexible with Inter Milan over the sale of Romelu Lukaku.
United vice-chairman Ed Woodward is desperate to clinch the striker's sale and is now prepared to restructure their terms.
Woodward is still demanding £75m from Inter Milan for Lukaku, but is prepared to be flexible over the method of payment.
Such an approach has been welcomed by Inter and there's now a confidence a deal is close.
Asked if he was optimistic about signing Lukaku, Inter chief Beppe Marotta told reporters: "Yes, I am optimistic about everything."
