Man Utd, Chelsea willing to up Vazquez Real Madrid contract terms

Manchester United and Chelsea are chasing a Bosman deal for Real Madrid wing-back Lucas Vazquez.

ABC says Bayern Munich have also been showing an interest in the 29-year-old, but they will face competition as the Premier League outfits are also looking to pounce for Vazquez on a free.

The Spaniard's contract at the Bernabeu is over at the end of the season and he looks set to leave the club after failing to negotiate a new deal.

Vazquez has rejected the latest offer from Los Blancos, which was a three-year deal on a 10% pay cut after their budget took a big hit due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Both English clubs are willing to pay Vazquez more than he currently earns at Madrid.
