FC Dallas striker Ricardo Pepi admits playing for Real Madrid is his ultimate ambition.

Chelsea and Manchester United are among European giants keen on the teenage USA international, who has stalled a move to VfB Stuttgart after they had an offer accepted by MLS and FC Dallas.

Pepi says: "I always tell my parents and my agent that my dream has always been to play for Real Madrid.

"Before I retire I want to play there for a few years.

"I want to play at least three, four at Real Madrid. It's the top of the world."
