Radamel Falcao is hopeful that his difficult experience in England will help him rediscover his best at Monaco.
Falcao endured terrible loan spells at Manchester United and Chelsea over the course of the last two seasons and the striker is now likely to stay put at parent club Monaco this summer.
Speaking about his time in England, Falcao admitted that he went through a difficult period but is hopeful that the experience will serve him well at Monaco during the upcoming campaign.
The 30-year-old told Monaco's official website: "I'm very happy to be back in Monaco to play.
"My experience in England was difficult but it served me well as a football and as a person. I hope what I've learned will serve me now, here in Monaco."
