Everton face a battle to keep hold of Marouane Fellaini.
The News of the World says Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United have all shown interest in the £25million-rated midfielder.
Fuzzy-haired Fellaini said: "One thing is certain, I want to play in a team that wins trophies and play in the Champions League.
"But Everton is a team below the top level."
