Manchester United and Chelsea are being linked with Roma midfielder Alessandro Florenzi.

Florenzi has stalled on new contract talks.

His current deal runs out at the end of next season but has refused to open new negotiations, according to Corriere dello Sport.

The 26-year-old is primarily a central midfielder, which ticks Jose Mourinho's boxes, but has been impressing at right back in Serie A this campaign.

Florenzi, who is recovering from an ACL injury, has been offered a mega-long-term agreement but has had his head swayed by United and Blues interest.
