It is highly unlikely Manchester United captain Harry Maguire will serve jail-time in Greece, according to Mykonos lawyer.
Maguire spent two nights in police custody after a fight broke out on the Greek island of Mykonos.
The 28-year-old has denied allegations of assault, disobedience and bribery during the incident, in which a police officer was allegedly assaulted.
According to Zannis Panayotakopoulos, a lawyer in Mykonos, via Sky Sports, the Englishman will not be found guilty of any serious offences.
"Bribes are very serious crimes in Greece," said Zannis.
"But I believe that it has become a misdemeanour. The highest sentence can be five years imprisonment and a fine.
"But most of these crimes have big and heavy fines and definitely not prison time. In Greece, in our legal system, we have second chances."
