Sassuolo midfielder Davide Frattesi admits he welcomes interest from England.
Manchester United and Roberto de Zerbi's Brighton have been watching the Italy international.
After defeat at Inter Milan, Frattesi said: "On a personal level, I still have to improve technically and in my choices when I get into the goal zone.
"Psychologically it hasn't been easy to work this week, we're tired at the end of the season, but I thank coach (Alessio) Dionsi for being close to me. My character can be my strength and my weakness: I'm always looking for perfection, so I'm perpetually dissatisfied.
"Away from Italy? The Premier League is a league that fascinates me and one day I'd like to try that experience, also to see how they work there."
