Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has refused to talk about the present situation at Manchester City.
The Dutch coach was asked about City being charged with financial breaches of the Premier League's regulations.
While it is said that United and other clubs want City removed from the league if they are found guilty, ten Hag would not be drawn on the matter.
He told reporters this week: "I don't have an opinion because I'm not here for financial regulations, I am a football manager. I have to stick to that and others have to deal with that."
Ten Hag then added on United's game against Leeds on Wednesday: "It's about the match of the roses. It's definitely a big, big game. It's part of England. It's big for us. We have Man City, Liverpool but for our fans this game means so much and our players will know what to do."
