The Red Devils are hot on the tail of PSV attacker Cody Gakpo, who is excelling at the World Cup with Netherlands.

But now a report is linking United with another World Cup star - Ghana's Mohammed Kudus.

The creative 22-year-old has been linked with a host of clubs in the past, including Everton.

Per the Manchester Evening News, ten Hag may go back to Ajax after signing Lisandro Martinez and Antony in the summer.

Kudus would certainly have a high price tag for a winter transfer, as Ajax will loathe to weaken their team even further.
