Man Utd boss Ten Hag dressed down Antony after derby humbling

Manchester United star Antony ignored the orders of his manager Erik ten Hag against Manchester City.

The Red Devils succumbed to a disappointing 6-3 defeat against their bitter city rivals in the Premier League at the weekend.

Antony, who scored for United in the second period, was accused of not doing his part defensively by pundits post-game.

Per The Sun, Antony has been reminded of his defensive duties during training at Carrington by ten Hag.

He was also the subject of remonstration from full-back Diogo Dalot during the match, who was pointing out that Antony was not dropping back to help him fight against Jack Grealish and Bernardo Silva.

United will be hoping that Antony picks up his effort off the ball in the coming matches.
