Man Utd boss Solskjaer: Win streak has built team spirit

Manchester United interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer believes that team spirit has improved because of winning games.

United have been in fine form since Solskjaer took over from Jose Mourinho, winning eight out of eight in all competitions.

And the Norwegian believes that winning games can put everyone in a better mood.

"When you're winning games of football, you're always going to have a good team spirit around the place," Solskjaer told United's official website.

"But that doesn't just apply to the players, it's the staff as well.

"When you come in on Monday morning, it's well done and on to the next one. Don't dwell too much on what's happened because the focus is on the next one. I feel the whole club is thinking 'next game, next game' but of course you always enjoy winning."

United face off against Burnley in the Premier League today, attempting to close the gap on the top four.
