Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says everything is in place to get the club back to the top.
Solskjaer said he has a vision of how United will look in two years – when he expects them to be challenging for every trophy.
"We've got the resources, infrastructure and history to move towards the top – that's the only way we should think about things here," he said.
“If we don't dream and we don't have that vision of where we're going, then we'll just falter. I'm used to this club challenging for trophies. I think we're too far behind this year, obviously. We've got to catch up the other teams ahead of us, especially Manchester City , Liverpool and Tottenham .
“Those three teams have been far ahead but we've beaten Tottenham so we know we're capable of that. We just need consistency."
