Man Utd boss Solskjaer talks Cavani, Pellistri and Diallo plans

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is delighted with the form of Edinson Cavani.

Cavani is in line to start at West Ham after his brace off the bench in victory over Southampton last weekend.

Solskjaer said, "Last season we were the youngest team in the Premier League and have been looking at ways to improve the squad, young talent or experienced ones and with the signings of Bruno, Donny and Alex and Edinson the balance of the squad has been improved and his positioning.

"He's a different type of centre forward, he can play a different way and his experience in world-football, he's come in and shown the young lads how to live your life and last your career."

On fellow new additions Facundo Pellistri and Amad Diallo, he added: "Facundo has come in trained with first-team, he's done well, we felt now is time for him to get game time, he played a couple of games in reserves, gradually settled in nicely and is more used to us.

"Amad has come on a few times for Atalanta and is a very exciting talent and hopefully we'll get the work permit and he'll be with us in January. He's a very, very exciting boy as well."
