Man Utd boss Solskjaer happy for Chong to make Werder Bremen move

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is happy for Tahith Chong to leave for Werder Bremen.

Chong was an unused substitute as the Red Devils beat Copenhagen in the Europa League on Monday evening.

But it looks like the Dutchman could be with Werder before the end of the week, as the Bundesliga side travel to Austria for pre-season.

According to the player's agent, Erkan Alkan, Solskjaer has 'kept his promise' and the winger could be shipped out on loan in the immediate future.

"Mr. Solskjaer kept his promise from March and told Tahith that he can leave the club," he told Bild.

"The boy really wants to go to Werder.

"He wants to be part of the preparation as soon as possible so that he can quickly find his way around."
