Man Utd boss Solskjaer: End Liverpool's top 4 hopes...?

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has ducked questions about ending Liverpool's top four hopes on Sunday.

Solskjaer was rather cheekily asked whether the was additional motivation for victory against old rivals Liverpool on Sunday because it would dent the chances of Jurgen Klopp's side qualifying for the Champions League.

Liverpool are currently sixth, four points behind Chelsea, who are fourth.

Solskjaer delicately avoided a direct answer.

"We don't go out there," he said. "We are just thinking about winning ourselves. What that does to Liverpool cannot be of our concern.

"Throughout the season you have games you look forward to. This Liverpool game at home is one of the biggest of the season, it doesn't matter if we're first or second or third or fourth.

"No matter what this is a massive, massive game."
