Man Utd boss Solskjaer confirms new Martial injury blow

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer admits Anthony Martial is out of their clash with West Ham.

Solskjaer is set to be without three of his forwards this weekend after Martial came off in Manchester United's draw with AC Milan.

The Norwegian is already without Marcus Rashford and Edinson Cavani and was forced to bring the Frenchman off at half-time.

United are in the midst of playing twice a week as they attempt to negotiate the knockout stages of the Europa League.

As a result their squad is being tested after Rashford hobbled off in last weekend's Manchester derby.

Solskjaer doesn't expect to have him, Martial or Cavani available for Sunday's clash against West Ham.

"Anthony, he got a whack on his hip so that's another forward that we need to scan and have to look at," he said.

"Definitely hope Marcus is back for next Thursday in Milan, I'm not sure if he'll make Sunday, but fingers crossed because we will need him.

"Edinson I don't think will be ready for Sunday no."
