Man Utd boss Solskjaer already impressed by Diallo in training

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has quickly been impressed by new arrival Amad Diallo.

Diallo has made a promising start to life at United by impressing Solskjaer.

The teenage winger joined the club this month after a deal was struck with Atalanta last summer - the fee could rise to around £40million.

Despite making just five first team appearances for the Serie A outfit, Diallo has earned premature comparisons with Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

United fans have so far only been treated to a few training clips from Italy, showing the winger dart past defenders a couple years his senior before scoring.

Diallo linked up with his new team-mates earlier this week and it seems he's already been making the right impressions in training.

"Amad has looked really comfortable and he's settled in really well in training," Solskjaer said.

"It shows how technically adept he is and, of course, we'll give him time to settle and adjust, but hopefully we can see him on the pitch in not too long. He's definitely done well in training."
