Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer felt relief after Bruno Fernandes arrived from Sporting Lisbon last month.
The Portuguese put in a man-of-the-match display on debut against Wolves.
And Solskjaer was delighted to see Fernandes in action for United after his protracted move.
"I'm very happy with the two guys we've brought in," said Solskjaer ahead of Monday's clash against Chelsea.
"To finally have got Bruno over the line, to have signed him after following him for so long, just seeing what he can give us and what he will give us, it has been great.
"It will be good to integrate Odion [Ighalo] as well."
