Man Utd boss Solskjaer adds six kids to first team preseason training

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had six teens train with the first team squad for the first day of preseason.

The likes of Romelu Lukaku, Jesse Lingard, Nemanja Matic and Juan Mata were all among the familiar names at the club's AON Training Complex, with summer signings Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka both given extra time off after completing their moves, says the Mirror.

James is set to report to the club later this week, with Wan-Bissaka given extra time off after he played for England at the European Under-21 Championships

Six of United's young stars were present though, and all must feel as though they now have a chance of being included in the squad that flies out to Australia for the pre-season tour on Sunday.

Angel Gomes, Mason Greenwood, Tahith Chong and James Garner were all present as they look to build on the first-team experience they picked up under Solskjaer last season.

They were joined by Welsh teenager Dylan Levitt and 20-year-old Ethan Hamilton.
