Man Utd boss Moyes turned on Fellaini over Southampton flop

Manchester United boss David Moyes steamed into Marouane Fellaini after their draw with Southampton. The Daily Mail says Fellaini bore the brunt of Moyes's displeasure after Manchester United's disappointing draw with Southampton last weekend.

The £27.5million summer signing from Everton was dropped to the bench for Wednesday night's Champions League win over Real Soceidad with Moyes putting his trust in 39-year-old Ryan Giggs.

The United boss was furious at his team's sloppiness in giving away so much possession against Saints before they conceded a late equaliser at Old Trafford.

A post-match inquest revealed that Fellaini was the worst offender before he was replaced by Danny Welbeck 15 minutes from time.

The Belgium midfielder was an unused substitute against Sociedad as Moyes made his feelings known.
