Man Utd boss Moyes casts wide net for new centre-half signing

Manchester United boss David Moyes is casting his net wide for a new centre-half signing.

The Daily Mail says United are keen to bring in at least one new centre back this summer to replace Nemanja Vidic.

They would prefer experience, hence scouts looking at Mehdi Benatia at AS Roma and Alex of PSG but Moyes does not intend to pursue interest in Arsenal's Thomas Vermaelen.
