Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho is showing interest in RB Leipzig midfielder Emil Forsberg.

The Sweden international has long been linked with a move to the Premier League, where Arsenal and Liverpool have been mentioned as potential destinations.

Forsberg is now interesting United, with Mourinho making a personal check on him on Friday night.

The United manager was in Solna to see Sweden's 1-0 win over Italy in their World Cup playoff and also to run his eye over Forsberg.

And the midfielder didn't fluff his lines, being named best afield on the night.
