Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho says he's delighted for France coach Didier Deschamps over their World Cup triumph.

Mourinho believes Deschamps' pragmatic style was key to their success.

"For Didier I am very happy," he said. “I think he was good, I think he was pragmatic.

“I think he worked really well for four years. For two years before the Euros and for two years before the World Cup, which proves that continuity and belief and pragmatism can make things happen - so I'm happy for him."
