Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho was forced to leave Anthony Martial out of his squad for tonight's clash with Crystal Palace.

That meant Jesse Lingard came into the starting line-up after his winning goal against Chelsea in the Premier League.

Mourinho also admitted he wasn't sure of the extent of Martial's problem.

Before the match at Selhurst Park he told Sky Sports: “He's injured. I don't know (the extent of it).

“Yesterday he felt that he wasn't right."

Martial has been in good form this season, netting 11 goals and 10 assists in all competitions.
