Manchester United are pulling back from talks for Inter Milan star Wesley Sneijder. Milan sources say United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is reconsidering his push for the Dutch ace.
While happy to meet Inter's £35 million asking price, Ferguson is reluctant to match Sneijder's personal demands.
The midfielder wants £200,000-a-week to move to Old Trafford and Ferguson has concerns that would unsettle the dressing room.
